Calour is out in mSystems.

Calour facilitates exploratory and interactive microbiome analyses by representing a microbiome data set without data reduction. The patterns of each individual microbes can be observed with Calour, which is often masked in the summary statistic analyses like alpha diversity and beta diversity.
